What he doesnt say in regard to the sulphides is that the "development partner", HNC, is to pay 100% of the sulphide project costs including definitive feasibility and environmental studies and 100% of the sulphide plant development capital costs for the plant up to 4m tpa, plus of course 50% of processing costs, and 70% of the exploration costs for NT tenements for 5 years....and CMR keeps its 50% of base metals etc and 100% of U....
..pretty good "development partner" I would reckon.
