With regard to My Health Record, Corum will be up and running well and truly in time to meet the future participation of their client pharmacies as this new system beds down and becomes effectively operational. It is clear that there are privacy issues that have to be overcome first before significant sections of the medical profession fully buys in. It could be several years before enough doctors, hospitals, pathology, pharmacies and other paramedical entities have sufficient connectivity with individual patient health records for it to satisfy all the main objectives.

So in essence there is no rush and perhaps having the My Health Record application released as part of Corum Clear (as a priority) could be an excellent strategy to assist promotion of the new product. Release with the older dispense versions can follow after.
