kids have been riding bikes in areas they shouldn't since i was a teenager. but usually they stick to areas where they can only harm themselves although noisy to those that live near by. boys will be boys.
but this group it has been reported spend there time terrorising locals and display a different attitude to the usual bike riders. utter stupidity hooning around a busy shopping centre with so many pedestrians. most of their parents would be aware of this as they are also well known in the area. they have to take some of the responsibility and the only way both the parents and the kids will learn is by a deterrent and that means the 18yr old goes to jail for awhile and learns about life the hard way. the others have to be punished but if ever found on a bike again then they can join their mate behind bars because they obviously haven't learnt their lesson yet,
