Many. Having a right of way doesn't mean you reach the other side alive. And there are those who wait to cross until a car is nearby.

Then there are those who are happy to have a chat in the middle of the crossing with someone crossing from the other side.

But what p*sses me off most is those who cross just like sheep when it's busy... not leaving a gap for traffic while the cars pile up along the whole street.
