    Hey mate,

    I did manage to speak to some people, yes...

    My main aim was to clarify that it is definately not a cap raising, this i have confirmed. As to what the "material transaction" actually is, i have posted a few options in an earlier thread but can't really be more specific sorry. I wish i knew the details.

    As mentioned though, it is good news, and it is going to happen, just a few delays....
