The daily change in air pressure, wind, precipitation & temperature is called weather!

Nor is climate just average weather.

Climate is the sum total of weather experiences that can be expected over a long period of time - including averages but also including the extremes. As with as a pot of water as it approaches boiling point & bubbles more rapidly, our atmosphere experiences greater exptremes as the average air temperature rises.

Therein lies the problem for humanity struggling to understand the boiling frog principle that is climate change - it is not a daily event & any adjustments take years to have an impact! IMO the increased frequency of cyclones & twisters is not a one-off freak event but a characteristic of global warming of the troposphere.

Although the impact of one-off events such as volcanic eruptions may impact on the weather & even shift averages they usually do not cause the climate changes currently underway.

IMO its also on the cards that once global climate reaches its extreme limit a new ice age will be triggered - maybe even prematurely due to human activity!
