This short attack is costing the enemies of cell therapy peanuts in the big scheme of things. Value of shares traded yesterday was perhaps 20 mill but not sure on that. Probably 15 million bucks short selling.
Now what can this accomplish?
First I am worried about a cheap buyout because nobody has control of the company.
Retail holds a big percent of shares and thats who big pharma and hedge funds love to target for a cheap buyout.
Second is closing a partnership deal on the cheap. Obviously negotiations have been going on for some years and Silvu is probably feeling some pressure. Pharma keeps low balling offers I suspect.
So the games continue.
Hopefully this is the last shakeout before the big move up.
