All that remains re ATO is hideous penalties which require somebody to establish that CFE deliberately set out to avoid tax. Tough ask and given consequences,(jail time, $30m outgoing) unlikely to find anyone fessing up IMO. On this basis, no resolution soon unless ATO significantly reduce scale of penalty and so implication of penalty.
