You can tell that this is the sort of unmarketable parcel buyback that the company wants to execute, announcement in the dead zone of New Years, the default is to have the minimum parcel sold so its an "opt-out" for people to retain their shares, and a paper form to mail with no self-enclosed envelope, and no obvious way to do this online electronically, so you have to go specifically hunting for the email address if you wanted to scan in the individualized form and email it.
