Incredible. So Magnis has to give away 16% of Uranex to the government, forcibly sell another 30% in Tanzania, and on top pay 3% royalties, 1% blanket resource fee, and 30% tax? @Cosmoterios care to weigh in?
The government carefully calculated this... As Magnis will essentially only hold a 51% stake.
