According to the Drillsearch ASX release yesterday :
The issue price will be calculated as a 20% discount to the VWAP of DLS shares on the ASX for the 5 business days prior to the closing date (15th August 2007)
This must mean today is the first of the 5 days - with the SP currently @ 14c IT MAKES SENSE WHY THEY ARE SELLING THIS DOWN...what a nice little price they will get!
