Got a different superannuation specialist this morning and he confirmed the earlier advice the ATO gave me last week
That is the reduction in the minimum pension draw down percentage for 2010/11 has not become law which means there are a number of superannuation websites giving incorrect advice
He confirmed that if it ever becomes law they will update their website but only when it does become law
In the meantime he suggested I should talk to my local member
