All I know is that there is still a condition that needs to be met and in my experience (with indigenous culture), culture is extremely important, but its slowly waning... In this case it probably is gone. I just cant shake it though.
I see it as a 50/50. So I might as well play red or black. Its very obvious that alternative opinion is not tolerated by some.
Desert has no barring on my decision making.
