Pattyp, in your valuation is there a reason why you used only 10yrs for the DCF calc? Assuming annual prodn is ramped up from 200kt/pa to say 400kt/pa, then the life of the project could arguably be 50 years (from the 100yrs the management has flagged basis 200kt/pa prodn) ...would not those extra 40years make a material difference to the DCF valuation?
