    Thats about right PKN. But $3 isn't fair value imo, its a discounted value. Fair Value is likely double that (But this is also dependent on who's definition of fair value you use).

    The idea of an NPV is to ensure that if you are a long term holder, you are investing with inflation and decreasing buying power included in the estimates.
