    "Based on my modelling and experience, if RWDs capitalisation was under $40 million (Highly unlikely to see that without global meltdown), it would be worth my while taking the risk on the Heritage survey. But things are the way they are."


    To that end... If you are in RWD from below $40 Million, I think the risk reward for you is pretty darn good. All in my opinion of course.
