    rather than carry on about your fears why RWD is not
    a good risk/return for you ATM because of the heritage
    survey wouldnt the sensible thing for you to do is call
    M Ruane and ask him about it and how it relates to
    previous surveys.Some of us have already done
    this and I for one are satisfied that its not an issue.
