That is very telling. Taking the eyes off the little things to get the ball rolling would have saved a lot of dilution and there would currently be a higher SP with the company more established and cash flowing in to be respected by potential commercial partners.
Instead it looks like a bunch of amateurs fumbling around with a simple mining operation. Now management going overseas before solving issues, a poor look, while option converters, that never should have happened if TT was up and running on schedule, keep a lid on SP making company look more minnowish than it should be.
It may all end well, but there has been a dilution of shares that will always be there keeping the SP lower than it otherwise would have been, plus looking LT lower dividends if that was what you were waiting for.
