"The Directors of Nex Metals Explorations Ltd (the Company or Nex) is pleased to announce that is has received approval from both the Department of Mines and Petroleum, Resources Safety Division and Minerals Environment Branch* to recommence mining at the Butterfly Pit. Nex is in the process of finalising a toll treating agreement for the ore to be processed with initial parcels of 50,000t up to an initial total of 150,000t is available to the Company. Trucking and Drill and Blast contractors are now being finalised (subject to toll treating sign off). A number of sources of funding to cover initial mining costs are in discussion with the Company. The Company will keep the market updated as to expected commencement date".
