it's taken this long...and when you think of it , the more announcements and information that comes to light will be more beneficial for any ipo .I am sure they already have some funding or it we would be hard to put these contracts in place .
As mentioned before the big boys to be a part of it were putting 5 per cent .Seed money like that will go.a long way and also.make any ipo more desirable.
