AGM for Norseman Gold coming up before end of December, I’ve been sent voting instructions and among some of the resolutions are to appoint David Steinepreis as director, I think that’s no change, but interesting to note there is a resolution for a name change to Tulla Resources PLC.
Anybody know anything about this? Are they perhaps planning to re-list the company and if so what will it mean for existing Norseman Gold shareholders?
