IMO, probably not worth noting the other tenements in Australia and Vietnam, if they were any good they would be there instead of leaving it in maintenance mode for such a long time. As for West Guadalcanal project in SI, it's still in application for renew status.....
If you views turns out to be correct about the landowner and SJ drilling results, then good on you. But I have different view on the landowner situation and like I said, AVQ strategy has always been to use minimal funds to do the drilling (i.e. Isabel) then start mining and use any profit from those to do further exploration. While Isabel was in CoA, they did spent additional cash to upgrade their JORC measured resource in December 2015, after they released their maiden JORC measured resource in September 2015. Note, they did spend $9-11M AUD to find 20Mt of laterite nickel ore in Isabel (from memory only 2Mt was 1.5% grade?)
This approach does mean no/less CR required for drilling but it doesn't give the market the entire JORC resource and reserve of the tenement.
