Obviously it's due to other factors, global slowdown, predominantly
Construction in China causing soft demand even with the ban.
Look at some of rustys post to see that the glut of Nickel might start
To be turning around and the reserves will hopefully get eaten into at a quicker rate
If Philippines enforces a ban. Also causing an increase in the nickel price.
