most of the perpetual growth bulls are in the anger phase....they lash out, maybe they get angry about the crap that was fed to them about prices increasing exponentially forever
most are highly leveraged, some are on the edge
its normal to lash out i guess
soon they will wake up and smell the new reality...whoops, they are stuck, no more greater fools out there, and the rent aint coevering me gigantic mortgage
i dor one have little sympathy though...prepare to give the last rights to overleveraged PI...
