This thread has deteriorated due to distress of some sort this is clear. We are not hurting property as an asset class you would think we drove it down by expressing opinion and facts.

Good luck, guys no point discussing with angry people yelling in caps and baiting etc. Gold up 2x since 1980 and property up 14x why attack gold?

I mean it, good luck - smart investors in previous months gotten pretty nasty here - still smart but hey this is worse than politics tonight!

I guess it is a sign of the times - I bought a house recently for a song and will sell for way under market shortly so not against property - lighten up! People have to live in property it has a purpose.
