CW you are a smart guy but you let yourself down by assuming too much in the fact that because we oppose the whole market doomsday crash scenario often spouted here we must be angry, frustrated etc which is far from the case. It is funny that you see our postings as some sort of desperate act, when you have constant posts from the likes of Formguide basically praying for a housing crash - now that sounds more like desperation!
Talk about what you see as problems - let us oppose them with our view and let us potentially learn from each other, but don't assume you know how we feel.
