Would be better off putting an export tax in it so we maintain our cost advantages and have less coal burnt overseas ... Win for the environment and us

Better off to Tax Importers heavily.... And exporters lightly...
More money enters the country rather then heading off shore...
Improves domestic market competitiveness against offshore producers...
Although the negative would be the things we can't produce here become too expensive driving up our costs to manufacture also...
