this mining tax is a criminal rort! China faltering and stockpiling - and Gillard and Co. go ahead penalising our mining industry out of sheer envy spite and taxes greed? (Or desperation?)

Whitlam government was sacked for less, I believe!

OK to say "not long to go". Trouble is - another 15 months of this gross governmental mismanagement and refusal to face the harsh facts of this seeming wobbly and worsening world situation, especially re. China and our miners, will result in more and more layers of almost irreparable damage to Australia's chances for a prosperous future.

And what does this do for our kids' and grandkids' "inheritances"? Or their financial and food security. Will THEY become the "coolies" in Chinese owned fields - working for pittances in their own country?

If this Government ever faces "punishment", (and I allege they should - YESTERDAY!), then Windsor and Oakeshott should stand alongside them in the dock, and face the jury! If these two had been on a company Board, company - they'd have been sacked years ago - just on the basis of abysmal judgement alone. Telling us they were choosing "good government!" What he hell IS wrong with our Constitution? - for it's not protecting us from this gross mismanagement.

I regard it as hugely dangerous to the ongoing welfare of our nation that his putrid poor excuse of a "government" is being allowed to survive even one more day. Worse, Aussies now have all their heads in IPods and can't see beyond the buttons! A dumbing down - becoming cyber-space zombies? Don't care?

Our wellbeings are all being sacrificed on the sick altar of
"Attain Socialist Progression at all and any cost".

WHY the hell are Australians so complacent - being led so easily to the slaughter?

Why cannot something be DONE, urgently, to stop this fast moving rot - as was done over Whitlam and his hugely damaging governmental schemes?

I just do not "GET" it!

Atrocious government - forcing hugely damaging policies down all our throat - because they CAN - and nothing can be done, Constitutionally, to stop them? WE protest hugely - yet have NO voice?

A beaten wife - yet no ones dares intervene - help - stop it - because the beater is her legal husband?
