Please proof me that i'm wrong, but as far as i understood it (and i checked the data twice and coopied every row of the named purchases in an excel and compared both announcements), it's not true, that Challenger & Greencape have together in total 10% ...

... if you take a very close look, it's fact that Greencape announced:
"a 5.09% holding with 33,747,368 shares"
AND
Challenger announced
"a 5.10% holding with 33,792,023 shares [...] held by Challenger (and it's entities listed in annexure 2)" - and one of this entities is Greencape (see annex of the announcement).

So Greencape has 5.09% and Challenger has at one of it's other entities additionally 44655 shares (approx 0.01%) that add up to IN TOTAL to 5.10% (that's the clue).

The sequence of these 2 announcements might be a) clever and/or b) leading to easy misassumptions ... but numbers seldomly lie
