    Just after some opinions of the Mining & Civil Australia float. Roger Montgomery of the Eureka report is a big fan of this valuing shares quite a bit higher that the $1 per share offering. I have heard whispers that the float is heavily over subscribed, does anyone know if there is any truth to this rumor? I wouldn't mind getting in on this before the closing date of 27/10/10.
