I agree, enough is enough,I see no problem by taking this to court for a resolution,there is no way the court will give the
third party what they are asking for, they would most certainly stick to industry standards; Its time to call the bluff, this person
is deliberately obstructionist because of greed, he has no thought for enyone,there are dozens of jobs at stake ,let alone
SH and company funds,this has gone passed the B****S stage.
