spot on. it's an AGM of convenience and for the legalities of being listed. ie. for THEM, and nothing to do with informing shareholders. you are right though, the time says it all.

i hope the press is there to report on how well the meeting goes. it's the only we'll find out by the looks.

still can't get over how quickly they respond to an article (still a lot of fluff in the response if you ask me) but cannot repsond to a simple request for a top20 or a minerals report, or a rumoured JV in 2 weeks, or drilling in 2 weeks, or AIM listing by October 2006.
