While its not conclusive, first two videos below look at gold flotation and the last video is lithium flotation. All 3 are short (1min each). They do look to be the same process, principles and equipment although there could be slightly different reagents. Delta has previously noted that the gold and lithium ore while in close proximity are not overlapping. No drill intercepts I'm aware of have gold at the same depth as lithium. When mining the ore there's basically 3 not two piles. Waste, Gold ROM and Lithium ROM. I'd be amazed if the Gold ROM and Lithium ROM were recombined. I'm pretty sure they would each have their own processing plants and in the case of gold that may be toll treatment somewhere in the goldfields region.
