    Our BHP man has more than done his dd over these tenements well............he knows what's there and what could possibly be there so he knocked on our door. I suspect he is driving this train and guiding proceedings more than we can imagine.

    9% would be great but so would 6%...........if anyone is thinking 3% then they should bow out gracefully now. DYOR
