If the grades are good enough and Mr Godoy's plans look good then I don't see why some sort of mezz deal, largely debt but with an equity element can't be put in place. Especially if the interest and repayments can be covered in a royalty on production as part of the deal - a bit like a mortgage on Cu and Au sales.
Bit too early for that now though, let's just let them get the small scale stuff up and running and see what the cashflow looks like first.
