I agree with your views entirely. I have just finished analysing the Explanatory Memorandum and Management Information Circular and find myself so annoyed and angry that I will wait awhile before penning my detailed comments. The proposal is one of 'legal theft' - acquiring financial gain when not earned, or justified, or warranted.

No wonder the Occupy Movement is gaining momentum around the world. The characterists of the 1% are becoming most evident.
