One can only guess at that - hopefully it'll be 30% corporate tax plus 4% royalties for everyone & those licences that haven't been actively explored to date will be forfeited.
Zambia are introducing additional taxes including 'super profits taxing' - anything is possible and the longer it takes to announce then the greater possibility for additional burdens as DRC minds work overtime.
One can only guess at that - hopefully it'll be 30% corporate...
