Would not hold breath for the peking carpet bagers
paying to much tax,or it long term being a good
deal for the DRC.
Ask any one in Lubumbashi who is down a hole 10 hur
a day and will tell you they are all about themself and
a real rip off of very hard working DRC people.
Like all places money talks, but not for the right people
in this case.

time for the DRC Govt to show there hand and explane what
there long term rules will be and help themself by putting
companys like AVM FQ TIG and a dozen other who backed them
when Asia and its now neads were not there.
