    If like Oz,the farmer can farm the top soil for crops,and

    anyone can apply for mining rights over the land,the farmers

    don't own any minerals found,altho can get compo;RES don't

    need any more coal from ponto:we have a >50 year reserves

    from 35% over our 2 farms,so no significance.Railway

    siding,eh? ,and all the longtermers' mercedes- benz

    parking,when we go visit the mining project with guided tour

    by PJ,lol!
