Yes Phil, have also been on the blower to SM recently and feel he echo's the frustrastion we are all feeling. Am sure IWULA & NEMA approvals are not far away and no doubt Transnet & Eskom not far behind. But the real gripe is with DMR. RES has complied with all the necessary requirements as per the qtrly suggested for the MR matter and STILL waiting on DMR response to the apellants which has gone outside the time frame DMR has set itself - they are a law unto themselves it seems. No funder will naturally committ until MR resolved. Backing Management in and they are doing everything in their power.

Misfits : Don't have a problem with you posting on a stock you don't hold but you need to give the full picture and bottom line is the land is only for rail usage so a non-issue. Further to that my understanding is that if another person holds MR over the same land, then it won't be extended beyond the initial 5yrs
