There is no evidence at all the CLC is not negotiating in good faith or holding us to ransom. There is however plenty of evidence that TNG management have a poor eye for detail, are remiss in their ability to create outcomes from intent, and are not capable of executing plans to stated timelines. Stop blaming outside influences and recognise that management is not up to the task.
