Personally I’m not confident that we’ll progress mine or refinery finance (and associated due diligence) without watertight permitting and the TiO2 offtake. There’s no way KFW/Euler Hermes will even begin DD until the refinery EIS is locked down.

I have a dream.....I dream that tomorrow the company releases an announcement articulating precisely where we stand on modelling,as well as all other aspects of the MMP and its progress and then just for kicks they outline the steps to achieving ECA cover and which step we are up to...….. Of course it is entirely possible that if that were to happen,it may read as more of a nightmare than a dream,but,still,....I have a dream.
