There is no doubt that No.3 capped the price and stopped it rising. A couple of weeks ago TNG hit 22c for a very short period and that would not have happened before the demise of No.3. Right now there are other reasons for the low SP and that is to do with the fears around the CLC holding us to ransom rather than negotiating in good faith for a reasonable outcome consistent with other agreements. Hopefully all is well and the fears are groundless.
