Pilot test reveals brilliant end product. Gain an off-take agreement (hopefully with achievable parametres.
Early finance say $5m by overseas / UK investor.
Prelim FS.
Larger pilot test. Say 150 tonne plus.
Results, decision to proceed
etc etc

or the other option is to sell outright. Realistically try $15m (but needs to be within 6 weeks)

or ... its what you do to paper airplanes

I feel the Chinese consortium will have passed you. Hence early paper planes option may prevail
