Yes, there is gold in Cascavel, but it's a very difficult mine at 25 degrees and it needs everything going for it (including machinery).

Unfortunately, the miners were given almost nothing and mined where there was no gold despite being warned. 

Now we have given away Eliseo without even trying.

How could there have been more value destruction without it being deliberate?
