Whilst plenty of work is available for their people during this remediation phase, they stand strong on the non development of Jabiluka. However once work dries up and financial stress for the community takes effect the pendulum may swing. This is a World Class Resource and as the need for energy ramps up the governments position may also change as it has done so in many other countries. Time will tell.
