    Was reading up on this process on the DMITRE website and I also contacted DMITRE and asked about the process for Hillside.

    Public submissions closed in November, Rex are now finalising their response document for public release.

    It is up to Rex how long they take to respond. Once they have produced the response document DMITRE and other govt agencies will review the proposal and make their decision.

    The DMITRE guy would not give any estimated time for final decision but in the general response to my query used the phrase "in coming months".
