zzeddzz, costing are being done to DFS standard - some of these already have already been done - such as current mine and processing costs. From memory $3.40 and ~$14. I dont have previous announcements to hand.
A full DFS is an exact process with lots of compliance. Its the compliance thats the $$$. Due to reviewing / sign-off etc
Other costings will have DFS details, but not compliance, -
