I still feel the SPP will be overscribed, with most small s/holders having already sent in their payments etc. So yesterdays close of 12 cents is not such an issue.

Mgt did well with the $3.9 mil ($100 k each) from institutions and sophist, and it would have been a worthwhile exercise telephoning ord investors to help in obtaing the CR from small s/holders. They started with the ones who have the least number of shares, as they are likely to be the least sophisticated. They chose a good time to ring, just before diner time. They also asked for feedback to the mgt are quick gnarl chat about the website. This all creates more participation and interest. So well done.

Of course only a dodo would be participating in the spp when you can buy on market at 12 cents, and even a leisurely bid at 11.5 or 11 cents will see some investors rewarded.
