That sentence "... announcement on 20 February 2012 that it ___ to notify" was just missing a verb. No biggie!

Anyway... it's easy to interpret the announcement as 'AGS and H/Q will notify our acceptance to the authority'. But there's that context again.

If it was that cut-and-dried then they had all Friday and the weekend to chat with H/Q about it and confirm their acceptance first thing Monday, but they didn't. So there's something else to do first before this next (sic) step. Yes?
